Après une 1ère cure à raison de 10g par jour, les 1ers effets sont là, la peau ( surtout au niveau du visage) est plus hydratée et repulpée , quant au niveau articulaire, déjà moins de raideur.
Je vais continuer en dose quotidienne de 5g. Pris avec le café, le collagène se dilue parfaitement, et est sans goût, sans odeur.

Dans une tisane aux fruits rouges, il passe aussi inaperçu que dans mon café 😊!
