There is no risk of overdose with Antioxidant when used correctly and as directed by Laboratoire Harmony. Excess vitamin C is eliminated through stool and urine due to its water-soluble nature.

When is the best time to take liposomal vitamin C?

The Harmony team recommends taking one to two capsules per day, with a large glass of water. You can take this capsule at any time of day if you're used to taking vitamin C supplements.

However, if you are starting a vitamin C course, it is best to avoid taking it in the evening at first. Your body needs to get used to the increased energy that comes with vitamin C (especially if you are deficient to begin with).

Can you take liposomal vitamin C every day, all year round?

Vitamin C is considered essential, as our bodies are unable to produce it on their own. Therefore, it is crucial to provide our bodies with a daily dose of vitamin C through diet or supplementation.

Long-term vitamin C use is considered safe for most people when taken at physiological doses. The maximum daily dose in France for adults is 1000 mg, for adolescents (10 years and older), 500 mg, and for children (10 years and younger), 200 mg (DGCCRF, 2019).
